Morigerati and its fraction Sicilì are located in a hilly area in Cilento, for about ten km from the coast of the Gulf of Policastro in the National Park of Cilento.
The Territory of the City of Morigerati is included within the Community of Montana Bussento, located at the southern Campania and bounded by the river basin of Bussento, from the mountains and Centaurino Carbone, and the coastline of the Gulf of Policastro.
Morigerati is known for the WWF oasis where there is the river Bussento at the caves of the oasis. There is also the beautiful area of the river Bussento, in the hamlet of Sicilì, where you can stop immersed in nature and tranquility of the river.
The village lies on top of a cliff overlooking the oasis of WWF Morigerati cave, in which, as you said, you can admire the wonderful water of Bussento.
The oasis of Morigerati has a nature trail and area equipped for the visit to the caves. We shall, in fact, guided tours, work camps, weeks green fields of study and research.
